"Repair was decent, just took a little longer"
I brought my BMX in because I was having some trouble with the brakes and one of the wheels. The repair turned out decent, actually, and the bike feels better to ride now, so I can’t really complain about the work itself.
The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I was originally told, and the updates were kind of hit or miss. The price seemed fair enough, but I just would’ve liked a clearer idea of the timing.

I was looking for a few random BMX parts and time2shinebmx.com actually had most of what I needed in stock, which was a relief. I’m usually a little cautious ordering parts online because I don’t want to end up with the wrong size or have something show as available when it really isn’t.
The ordering process was straightforward, and everything arrived boxed up fine. One item took a bit longer than I expected, so I was watching the tracking more than usual, but it ended up not being a big deal.
I’d probably use them again the next time I need BMX parts, especially since other shops I checked were missing basic stuff. I do wish the stock info and product details were a little clearer in some spots, just to make ordering feel a bit less like a gamble

"I was already feeling a bit annoyed..."
I was already feeling a bit annoyed, and the slow warranty replies didn’t help at all. It took ages to hear back, and even after waiting, I still didn’t get a clear answer. Disappointing experience overall.
"Checkout worked, but the process was clunky"
Checkout did go through in the end, but it was more frustrating than I expected. The payment page wouldn’t load properly at first, so I had to refresh and wait around before I could finish the order, which isn’t ideal, especially on mobile.
The confirmation email came through quickly once everything finally worked, so that part was fine. Still, the experience felt rough enough that I’d expect some kind of small compensation or gesture for the inconvenience.

"Shipping took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from time2shinebmx and yeah, the stuff got here fine, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the shipping was slower than I thought it would be, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking like wait, is it moving or, anyway, it eventually showed up. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker

"Nice shop, but the prices gave me pause"
The shop seemed decent enough, and I’m sure they know their stuff, but the prices felt steep compared to other BMX places I’ve checked out. I didn’t end up buying anything, so I can’t comment on the actual products or service beyond that. Maybe it’s worth it for some people, but for me it just didn’t feel like great value.

I ordered a few BMX parts they feel really solid. Everything fit the way it should, looked clean, and didn’t have that cheap feel at all. Any issues with bad-quality parts are totally preventable when the stuff is made this well. I’m happy with the order and I’d definitely buy again.

My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but one small part wasn’t the one I picked. It still works, so it’s not a huge issue, but it’s not exactly what I was expecting. I’d just like an apology or some acknowledgment that it wasn’t quite right.

I stopped in looking for some bike advice and the staff were genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. They explained things in a way that made sense without making it feel complicated. The place was maybe a little busy, but nothing that bothered me much. Overall, a good experience

"Kind of a letdown"
I wanted to give it a fair shot, and there were a couple things that seemed okay at first, but overall I just didn’t have a great experience. The site felt frustrating to use, and I never really felt confident enough placing an order. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like more hassle than it was worth, so I probably won’t be going back.

Had a question about a BMX part. Wasn’t totally sure what I needed. They got back to me with advice that actually made sense. What would fit, what to avoid, all that. No overcomplicating it. Reply took a bit longer than I’d hoped, but the help was good. Happy overall. 4 stars.

I was about to place an order, but the more I looked into it, the less I trusted the site. There just isn’t much real feedback from the BMX community, and that’s on them for not doing more to build confidence with buyers. Maybe it’s fine, but it made me uneasy enough to back out. I’d rather spend my money with a BMX shop people actually know, talk about, and trust

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to time2shinebmx to see what was going on. They replied quickly and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. It didn’t feel like they were brushing me off or making it more complicated than it needed to be.
The first response was a little short, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but that wasn’t a huge deal. After that, they were helpful and got it sorted out. I’d be happy to order from them again.

I ordered a BMX part because the site said it was in stock, but a little later I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. The refund did come through, so that part was fine, but I’m kind of regretting placing the order there since it ended up wasting a few days. They really need to keep their stock updates more accurate

i ordered from time2shinebmx, but things didn’t work out and i needed a refund. the whole process was frustrating. it took ages to get a clear answer, and i kept having to chase it up like no one really wanted to deal with it. maybe other people have had a better experience, but my refund was a headache and i wouldn’t order from them again.
